Westview Baptist Church is hosting, along with CBM (Canadian Baptist Ministries) an online mission conference. We wish to extend an invitation to other CBWC churches to join with us by taking advantage of internet technology via ZOOM.

This interactive workshop will look at the impact of COVID-19 on churches around the world. CBM will bring in speakers from Bolivia, Lebanon, India, and Rwanda.
They will share with us the challenges of Christian witness and pastoral care during the pandemic and coming out of the pandemic.
Time will also be given to issues of hunger and nutrition (globally and locally) that have become more acute because of COVID-19. Several of our Alberta churches support the Canadian Foodgrains Bank projects. Other congregations have worked to meet local food needs within their membership and communities.
