Westview will send a team to Rwanda in June 2020. The team will work with local churches to build facilities and equip local leaders for ministry. The team will develop our long-term relationship with churches and communities in Rwanda.

Water and Sanitation

Water and sanitation are human rights.

Clean water, basic toilets and good hygiene practices are essential for the survival and development of children. Without these basic needs, the lives of thousands of children are at risk. – Unicef

Westview will be working with local volunteers to ensure the Nyabagendwa Church and Karera School have adequate access to clean water and toilets. New toilets will replace overwhelmed facilities currently at the property. New water tanks will capture rain water from the buildings at the church and school.

Kids’ Ministry

Nyabagendwa Church’s kids’ ministry serves hundreds of local children. Ministry leaders have invited Westview leaders to come alongside them and help train them to serve their community. The Westview team will encourage and equip Rwanda leaders in their gifts. Building the ministry to the children will advance the presence and work of the church in the community.
