Strategic Planning

At the Annual Meeting of March 2, 2020, a resolution was passed to form a Strategic Planning Committee to prepare a 10 year strategic plan for the church. David Watt was appointed to chair the committee and recruited committee members: Dayle Medgett-Sr Pastor, Bernard Dzirasah-Elder, Glen Worobets-Member/Former Board Chair & Wendy Siggelkow-Member/Office Administrator

The Strategic Plan was a process that involved identifying our:

MISSION: THE TIMELESS GOAL WE ARE REACHING TOWARD

VALUES: THE THINGS THAT ARE IMPORTANT TO US AS WE MOVE FORWARD

VISION: HOW WE PICTURE THE CHURCH LOOKING AT A SPECIFIC TIME IN THE FUTURE
