EMI sends teams of design professionals around the world to assist Christian charities on-location in the areas of architecture, engineering, land surveying, construction management and more—all on a not-for-profit basis.

Braden Swab is currently serving in missions with Engineering Ministries International (EMI), working full-time in the EMI Canada office. Braden’s main role with EMI involves leading short-term teams of volunteer architects, engineers, and surveyors to design facilities (such as schools, hospitals, and children’s homes) for other Christian ministries in developing countries. He also directs the EMI Canada intern program and is heavily involved in graphic/photo/video communications. Braden has attended Westview Baptist Church since he was two years old , and continues to attend with his wife Liz and their three children (Asher, Maverick, and Avery).
